Shipping
We are shipping right up until the 21st of December 2018. We can’t guarantee delivery for Xmas day if you order later than the 13th though so please get in early 🙂
NATIONAL orders are sent using Castle Parcel couriers. This shipping method is fully tracked and traced.
Please allow your payment to be processed overnight and your order shipped to you on the Friday following confirmation of your payment. If your order has not arrived within 4 business days from the Friday please email us on retail@meniscus.nz and we will follow it up.
If time is not on your side and you’re wanting your order ASAP, just email retail@meniscus.nz and we’ll do our best to make that happen.
Couriers WILL NOT DELIVER to Post Boxes or Private Bags. Keep this in mind when giving us your shipping address.
INTERNATIONAL orders are shipped using DHL. This shipping method is fully tracked and traced. It takes up to 14 working days depending on where you are, to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. Taking into consideration that it may be held up in customs.
If your order has not arrived within 14 days please email: retail@meniscus.nz with your order number and contact details.
Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Meniscus is not liable for any taxes that may apply to the delivery of your order.
Returns
Please note that each Meniscus piece is hand crafted using a number of Artisan techniques, including hand dying and polishing and distressing to create unique finishes. This may mean that your Meniscus piece may have slight variations from the picture on our website.
While every effort is made to ensure our pieces are colourfast, with any dyed organic material colour transfer is always a possibility. Moisture can exacerbate this issue. This may be particularly true in pieces made with oily leather.
Anything deemed faulty will be addressed by our workroom or supplier.

Before returning an item please email retail@meniscus.nzexplaining what you are returning and why?
Please note: – Meniscus is not responsible for the payment of the return shipping.
All international customers should contact us regarding customs clearance before shipping.
Until an item is received at Meniscus, It is your responsibility. Please make your returned packages trackable and let us know the tracking number.
Warranties
If product is faulty because of manufacturing faults, we will try our hardest to replace it. If in the case we have no more stock of a faulty item we will give you a credit to the purchase amount. We will not replace items that have clearly been damaged because of wear and tear. All products MUST be returned with receipt.
Terms and Conditions
By making an order with us you are certifying that you are over 18 years old.
Our terms and conditions policy does not restrict your personal rights as per: the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Meniscus Enterprises Ltd does not make any specific guarantees or warranties of any kind for our garments and delivery.
The delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed time frames.
